Hey guys, this is Ben. I am a logger, forest manager and wannabe timberland owner with 15 years experience. I heard about low input land investing from a family member. After looking into it, I realized that this model of purchasing land at deep discount had great potential to supply land for my goals of more timberland ownership and management. But it was also a great way to connect future landowners with great deals on rural vacant land.

We founded Better Land Company LLC as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land.
Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.
Better Land Company LLC is based in Arlington, however, we are currently buying properties throughout the Eastern United States and other areas, too.
